Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

This contractor role offers up to $15 USD per hour, flexible hours, and paid weekly. Applicants from Australia, Canada, Ireland, the UK, and the US are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking quickly and discussing realistic scenarios in natural conversation.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Applicants from listed eligible regions (Australia, Canada, Ireland, UK, US).

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each interaction sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or misalignment.
• Writing explanations in English describing observed issues.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism.
