Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, scoring live conversations with AI voice models, and evaluating generated images and videos for prompt adherence. You will explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, remotely and on your own schedule, shaping how advanced AI systems reason and learn.

Role emphasizes attention to detail, the ability to operate independently on flexible hours, and delivering concise, evidence-based explanations.

Formación

• Fluent English and strong written communication are required.
• Great attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom to spot issues in AI outputs.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews or explanations is a plus.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and useful each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and writing explicit explanations in English.
