Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models, scoring exchanges, and explaining what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Contributors work from home with flexible hours and can earn up to $15 USD per hour, plus additional incentives. Payments are made weekly via ACH, PayPal and AirTM, and participants receive free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail and the ability to listen closely and replay
• Comfortable providing concise, evidence-based explanations in writing.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs to spot distortions, flickering, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Writing a concise, English explanation that points to observed issues.
