Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all from home. Rates are up to $15 USD/hr with weekly payouts and access to leading LLMs.

Responsibilities include ranking naturalness, assessing adherence to prompts, and providing concise, evidence-based explanations. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to articulate observations clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models in English and evaluating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated image/video pairs and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, motion issues, text errors, or audio-video misalignment.
• Writing detailed explanations in English describing the observed issues and rationale.
