Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and compare images and videos to judge prompt adherence. You will explain in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Work fully remotely with flexible hours. Earn up to $18 USD per hour, plus incentives, and gain free access to leading LLMs. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening to review outputs.
• Ability to explain findings in writing with evidence and specifics.
• Comfortable making decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Provide written explanations pointing to observed issues.
