Outlier is seeking fluent English speakers to train AI models through live conversations and detailed evaluations. You will rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of AI outputs, and provide concise explanations in English. This remote freelance role offers flexible hours and the ability to work from anywhere.

Strong attention to detail and clear communication are essential to succeed in screening, ranking, and reporting findings across voice, image, and video tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication and comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail, with the patience to look and listen closely, and to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI models and rank how natural, useful, and clear they sound.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for distortions, flicker, or misalignment and note issues.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English detailing observations.
