Outlier, an AI training platform owned by Scale AI, is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your schedule.

You can work flexibly from anywhere, earning up to USD $15 per hour plus incentives. Payments are processed weekly via PayPal, AirTM, or ACH transfer.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in realistic conversations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Clear decision-making when both options have flaws.
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsabilités

• Holding live English conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images/videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distorted motion, text errors, or audio mismatches.
• Writing concise explanations in English detailing observations.
