Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll host live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Pay up to $15 USD/hr with weekly payments and incentives; you can work from home or while traveling. This role helps improve AI systems by providing precise feedback and clear explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to explain decisions in writing.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models, then rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of exchanges.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, text errors, or desynchronization.
• Write concise explanations in English pointing to observed issues and reasoning.
