Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from a remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score outputs, and explain in writing what looked wrong.

Applicants can work from home or while traveling and will be paid weekly in USD per hour, with additional incentives as noted. The role helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve, with access to leading LLMs and a supportive evaluation loop.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and conversational ease.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to explain issues clearly.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely and describe what looked or sounded off in writing.
• Provide written explanations in English highlighting observed issues.
