Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing. Remote work with nationwide eligibility, opportunities pay up to $15 USD per hour plus incentives, and access to top LLM tools.

You’ll help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn by providing detailed, evidence-based feedback on outputs and prompts.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt.
• Writing explanations in English that point to what you saw or heard.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or mismatched audio.
