LGI Healthcare Solutions Inc. is seeking experienced developers to design, modernize, and evolve healthcare software with AI-enabled tooling. You will work across C, C++, C#, Delphi, and Oracle PL/SQL in a regulated health-tech framework, delivering AI-assisted features and robust integrations.

The role emphasizes rapid learning, code quality, and collaboration with clinicians to improve patient care while ensuring compliance with Health and safety requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 to 8 years of development experience with C, C++, C#, Delphi, DevExpress, application services, and Oracle (PL/SQL).
• Fast, self-directed learner who adapts to evolving tech stacks.
• Regular user of AI development tools with measurable productivity gains.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain application modules using AI-assisted coding tools with a multi-technology stack.
• Debug complex issues in a multi-technology environment with extensive integrations.
• Generate, validate, and evolve unit tests with AI assistance.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation using AI-powered tools.
• Ensure solutions are used by clinicians and impact patient care.
• Participate in code reviews and assess AI-generated outputs.
• Onboard quickly by leveraging AI to understand existing codebases.
• Support clinical data integrations (HL7 v2 pipelines).
• Develop AI-enhanced features and contribute to model/integration designs.
