Job Description

Develop with AI

You use the best AI tools to develop faster and better.

• Use agentic AI tools and AI Ops to accelerate and improve the software development lifecycle.
• Automate low‑value tasks to focus your energy on complex problems.
• Contribute to the evolution of existing solutions through new features, modernization, improved user experience, and system integration.
• Adopt and share AI‑assisted development best practices within the team.

Build AI

You design the models, pipelines, and architectures that power our solutions.

• Design and deploy data pipelines and ML architectures in production.
• Build solutions based on LLMs, RAG, and vector search, grounded in real clinical data.
• Integrate models into real operational workflows.
• Contribute to the quality, performance, and evolution of AI solutions in production.

In both cases, your work has a concrete impact in real healthcare organizations for the benefit of healthcare professionals and patients.

Please note this position requires bilingual proficiency (French and English), as the role involves working with documentation in both languages and communicating, both orally and in writing, with French and English‑speaking partners, clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
