Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, and rate outputs. Work is remote with a fully self-directed schedule.

You will compare images, videos, captions, and audio, and explain mistakes in writing while rating adherence, quality, and realism across tasks such as image and video evaluations, caption labeling, and audio assessments. This is a freelance, 1099 contract with weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and speaking through realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Writing concise explanations in English that point to what you saw or heard.
