Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, and score each exchange while explaining what looked or sounded off. Work remotely and on your own schedule, with payment details and incentives described below.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in when something's off.
• Think on your feet and discuss realistic situations naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images/videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write explanations in English that point to what you saw or heard, detailing your reasoning.
