Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models, comparing generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explaining in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will assess outputs for realism, rate across dimensions like adherence and quality, and provide written explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication are required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Bachelor's-level education or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a written explanation in English.
