Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and rate how well outputs follow prompts. You'll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You'll assess realism, accuracy, and clarity across text, image, and audio, providing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios naturally.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking outputs.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt more accurately.
Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
Writing specific explanations in English that point to what you saw or heard.
