Job summary

Scale AI’s Outlier platform is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

Work remotely on your own schedule, earning up to $15 per hour with additional performance incentives. Ideal candidates have fluent English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to make clear, evidence-based

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues in media.
• Able to explain decisions clearly with evidence.
• Comfortable making a decision when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank naturalness and usefulness of responses and outputs.
• Inspect AI-generated images, videos, and audio for fidelity to prompts.
• Write precise explanations detailing what was observed.
