Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to help train AI models. This remote freelance role offers flexible hours and involves live conversations with AI voice models, ranking naturalness and usefulness, plus evaluating AI-generated images and videos.

You will inspect outputs for issues such as distorted motion, text errors, and audio-video alignment, and write concise, evidence-based explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Strong attention to detail and patient listening skills.
• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations/reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based English conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Provide written explanations detailing observations in English.
