Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, English-fluent contributors to help train AI models through live conversations and evaluative tasks. You will assess naturalness and clarity of AI voice interactions, and compare AI-generated imagery and video outputs against prompts.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher, demonstrate strong written communication, and provide thoughtful, evidence-based explanations in English. Remote, flexible hours available for project work.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.

• Strong attention to detail with patience to zoom/replay.
• Able to explain observations in English with concise reasoning.
• Able to decide when both options have flaws and justify choice.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of responses.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or mismatched audio.
