Job summary

Outlier is seeking fluent English speakers to train AI models by engaging in live conversations with AI voice agents and by judging outputs for naturalness and clarity. You will compare AI-generated images and videos, inspect outputs for issues such as distorted motion, text errors, or audio/video mismatches, and provide concise explanations in English.

This remote freelance role offers flexible hours, onboarding screening, and the potential for higher earnings through additional incentive

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and conversational speech.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail; patient to replay or zoom in when something seems off.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging alignment with prompts.
• Inspecting outputs for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio/video and noting findings.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing concise explanations in English.
