Job summary

Outlier is seeking English-speaking contributors to train AI models by evaluating live conversations, image and video outputs, and overall adherence to prompts. You will rate naturalness and usefulness, then provide concise explanations in English. This is a remote, freelance opportunity with flexible hours.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree, have excellent attention to detail, and can think clearly on their feet while delivering evidence-based reviews.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live scenario-based conversations in English with AI models.
• Ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of responses.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos against prompts.
• Inspecting outputs for errors in motion, anatomy, text, and audio.
• Providing concise written explanations of observed issues.
