Job summary

Outlier is hiring to review AI-generated media, holding live conversations with AI voice models, and rating how well outputs follow prompts. You will compare AI-generated images and videos and explain issues in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with strong attention to detail and the ability to clearly document findings. This is a 1099 contract role offering flexible hours and remote work from Canada or other eligible locations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise explanation in English.
