Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-focused, and can produce concise written explanations. This is a remote, freelance role open to multiple regions including Canada and beyond.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful review.
• Ability to reason aloud and justify decisions in writing.
• Clear decision-making when options have flaws.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Rank naturalness and usefulness of outputs and compare image/video pairs.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or misalignment.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English.
