Outlier, a platform partnered with Scale AI, seeks detail‑oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, rank realism, and explain issues in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with strong written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to make clear judgments when both options have flaws. Bachelor’s degree is a plus, and you’ll work as a freelancer.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Ability to think on your feet and describe scenarios clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with an AI voice model and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for distortions, flicker, text/audio mismatches, and explain observations in writing.
• Provide evidence-based explanations for ratings and decisions.
