Outlier, an AI training platform owned by Scale AI, seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images/videos, rating adherence and quality, and providing concise, evidence-based explanations. Flexible, remote work with weekly payments and incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and natural conversational ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something looks off.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images/videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write concise explanations in English detailing what was observed and why a choice was made.
