Job summary

Outlier is offering a remote, flexible opportunity to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models and evaluating how closely outputs follow prompts. You will compare AI-generated images and videos, identify issues, and provide written explanations in English from home on your own schedule.

The role helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve, with pay per hour and additional incentives.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
Inspecting outputs closely—zooming in and replaying—to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
