Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely on your own schedule.

You will rate outputs for adherence, quality and realism, and write precise explanations in writing. The role offers fully remote work, flexible hours, weekly payments, and opportunities for incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Experience writing evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when options have flaws.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation.
• Image evaluations, video evaluations, video caption labeling, and audio/voice evaluations tasks as described.
