Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank naturalness and usefulness, and explain discrepancies in writing.

Tasks include comparing AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts and quality, all on your own schedule. Contributors rate outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, providing concise English explanations.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and patience to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
Comfortable speaking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios naturally.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Ability to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness/usefulness/clarity.
Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge how well they follow prompts.
Inspect outputs closely and identify issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio/video mismatch.
Write specific English explanations pointing to what you saw or heard across outputs.
