Qualifications

• Diploma in community social services or equivalent.
• Two years of related work experience in mental health, addictions or homelessness.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide supports to homeless or at-risk individuals using a strength-based approach.
• Collaborate with tenants, service providers and family to implement service plans.
• Assist with daily living, health, harm reduction and crisis intervention.
• Support medication administration and building security as part of daily routine.
