Qualifications

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License
• Serving it Right certification
• Strong mathematical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming worker license

Responsibilities

• Monitors slot activities, assigns shift responsibilities and evaluates employee performance
• Participates in rollout and execution of slot initiatives and objectives
• Verifies, documents, and reconciles counts with accuracy
• Responds to concerns, resolves issues or escalates as appropriate
• Confirms jackpots and ensures regulatory compliance
• Supports development and implementation of slot operation strategic plans
• Liaises with other departments and maintains guest and employee relations
• Complies with licensing laws, health and safety and other regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned or directed
