Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform OT assessments of patients’ physical and cognitive status and goals.
• Develop and implement evidence-based OT plans and interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on self-management and health promotion.
• Collaborate with interprofessional care teams to plan and adjust care.
• Document patient progress and outcomes in records and reports.
• Delegate tasks to rehabilitation assistants as appropriate.
• Contribute to team activities, quality improvement, and program safety.
