Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or educational equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to lift 70 lbs and maneuver up to 150 lbs with equipment.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-oriented business experience preferred.
• Must complete mandatory driver assessment training.
• Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian customs is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to multitask, handle stress and work in a high-pressure environment.
• Willing to be flexible with schedules and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Courteously and efficiently pick up and deliver packages on an assigned route.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada features of service.
• Provide related customer service functions.
