Job summary

FedEx Canada is seeking an interview-position driver to provide courteous and efficient pickup and delivery on an assigned route. You will verify shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada service standards and perform related customer service tasks.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 70 lbs and handle packages up to 150 lbs with equipment, and a high school diploma. This is a fixed four‑month temporary assignment with a 9:30am start.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and handle packages up to 150 lbs with equipment.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-oriented business experience preferred.
• Must pass mandatory driver assessment training.
• Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian customs is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal, time management and communication skills.
• Willingness to work varying schedules and holidays.
