Job summary

Orano Canada is seeking a senior professional to lead the reliability centered maintenance program at the McClean Lake operation in Saskatchewan. You will drive technology-enabled maintenance strategies, mentor PdM technologists, and advance continuous improvement across maintenance activities.

The role requires significant industrial maintenance experience, CMPRP designation preferred, and familiarity with SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

Graduate of a recognized technology program or equivalent qualifications and experience.
Journeyperson Trades ticket is considered.
8+ years of industrial or maintenance experience.
CMRP designation preferred (or equivalent).
Experience with SAP is an asset.
Proficient with MS Office Suite.
Strong written and oral communication; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow Orano Canada’s reliability centered maintenance program for the McClean Lake Operation.
Identify opportunities to use technology to reduce workload and/or improve accuracy/quality.
Administer, monitor and expand site lubrication, vibration and ultrasound condition monitoring programs.
Develop and implement a priority-based maintenance strategy and PM/PdM plans for critical assets.
Mentor PdM technologists and train to reliability processes.
Embrace and support Operational Excellence efforts and OE culture.
