• Strong communication skills.

• Proven experience in project management.
• Experience with preventive maintenance program development, data analysis, lubrication, vibration, and ultrasound.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team and take charge of all predictive and preventative maintenance projects.
• Report directly to the maintenance manager.
• Partner with team members to problem solve and implement innovative solutions.
• Encourage and recognize the contributions of others.
• Keep your team safe by ensuring all provincial and safety regulations are adhered to.
• Manage the planning, execution, monitoring, control and closing of reliability projects and improvements.
• Develop, implement, and track reliability KPI’s.
• Utilize blueprints and designs to troubleshoot and understand our equipment.

We are looking for an experienced, analytical Reliability Engineer with RCA and FMEA experience to join our Meadow Lake OSB Division, located in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. Meadow Lake employs 155 employees and safely and sustainably produces 700 million square feet of OSB every year for customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• Post-secondary education inEngineeringor a related field -Engineering Technologist will be considered.
