About the Role: The Reliability Engineer will assess the reliability of plant components, equipment, and processes to minimize downtime. Responsibilities include analyzing breakdowns, performing asset and component analysis, creating statistical reports, and updating maintenance policies. Reports to the Maintenance Reliability Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate the economic impact of maintenance policies and collaborate on budget planning.
2. Manage investments and asset depreciation in coordination with Finance.
3. Lead weekly/monthly maintenance meetings to review KPIs, targets, and planning.
4. Develop maintenance guidelines and analyze equipment performance data.
5. Define machine breakdown logic and update technical documentation.
6. Support auto-maintenance initiatives and digital documentation management.

Maintenance Planning:

• Assist in resource allocation and preventive maintenance planning.
• Share best practices and support policy updates.

New Projects Management:

• Lead FOX WAVE 2 activities, analyze OEE, and support deployment of new maintenance standards and tools, including SAP integrations.

Quality and Food Safety: Ensure equipment safeguarding and root cause analysis for breakdowns.

Environmental: Ensure equipment safety and perform root cause analyses for environmental compliance.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• 2-4 years of industry experience in manufacturing.
• Strong technical background in Maintenance and Engineering.
• Experience in cross-functional coordination, problem-solving, and project management.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and SAP.
