Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Account Management or Portfolio Management in a corporate banking environment with sales metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred.
• Fluent in French and English to support clients and team members inside and/or outside Quebec.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates growth for the Bank through business development and management of key client relationships.
• Structures deals and secures credit approvals, collaborating with internal and external partners to optimize revenue.
• Develops new business by contacting prospects and cross‑selling Bank products and services.
• Reviews loan applications and cash management service agreements for accuracy and risk compliance.
• Represents bank at industry forums and conferences to drive strategic decision‑making.
• Engages with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to align strategies and drive holistic solutions.
