About The Role

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and nurturing relationships with clients focused on funding and investment opportunities. This position requires an understanding of funding mechanisms and P2P market trends to offer the best financial solutions to our clients. The role reports directly to the Head of Funding and is part of the Premium Lender team RM.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an action plan to achieve and exceed revenue and new customer acquisition targets.
  • Acquire new customers while maintaining and upgrading the existing customer portfolio.
  • Provide excellent service to customers by maintaining close relationships and managing their portfolios.
  • Advise clients on funding and investment options, tailoring solutions to their needs.
  • Monitor P2P market trends and regulatory changes affecting funding and investments.
  • Ensure compliance with P2P regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, P2P, or financial services focusing on funding and investments.
  • Strong understanding of funding mechanisms, investment strategies, and financial markets.
  • Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in sales and client relationship management.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
