Job summary

FCC is seeking a Relationship Manager to steward relationships with local producers and tailor financing packages. You will manage a growing loan portfolio and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver lending and non‑lending solutions.

You will travel to farms and offices, assess financials, build long‑term partnerships, and help customers succeed in Canadian agriculture within a culture of learning and customer‑centricity.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, commerce or a related field.
• Minimum one year of related experience in ag finance, lending, credit analysis, business development or sales (or equivalent).
• Experience communicating financial information or recommendations clearly to customers or internal partners.
• Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including engaging with customers, centres of influence or community partners.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel for customer meetings.
• Passion for agriculture, with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments.

What you'll bring to the team

• Experience communicating financial information or recommendations clearly to customers or internal partners
• Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including engaging with customers, centres of influence or community partners

• Passion for agriculture, with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments

Preferred qualifications:

• Customer service experience, ideally in a financial, agricultural or advisory setting
