What you’ll do:

• Manage relationships with local producers and develop a loan portfolio.
• Work with experienced lenders to tailor financing packages, including lending and non-lending products.
• Visit customers on their farms or in the office to assess needs.
• Analyze financial information and create, process, and approve new credit facilities.
