Job summary

FCC is seeking a Relationship Management Associate in Canada who will support the lending process by building strong customer relationships and delivering accurate administrative expertise to strengthen decisions and improve the customer experience.

You will work with Relationship Managers to identify needs, respond to inquiries, and coordinate front desk and office tasks, fostering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in business required.
• Minimum of two years of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships with customers and partners.
• Strong attention to detail and task prioritization.
• Passion for agriculture with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers, identifying needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to identify customer needs and reach out to customers and prospects.
• Respond to customer inquiries thoroughly and professionally, creating value and sales opportunities.
• Provide front desk support to keep the office running smoothly.
• Complete administrative tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Coordinate office needs to resolve issues before they impact operations.

What you’ll bring to the team

• A diploma in business
• A minimum of two years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including engaging with customers, centres of influence or community partners
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Passion for agriculture, with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience, ideally in a financial, law, agricultural or advisory setting
• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
