Job summary

CIBC Gibsons is seeking a Financial Advisor to build and manage a dedicated client portfolio with personalized financial guidance, helping clients plan for today and tomorrow.

You’ll provide day-to-day banking, investments, lending and estate planning support, delivering exceptional client service. This on-site, full-time role may require travel to multiple banking centres within a reasonable distance, including evenings or weekends to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience providing financial advice and building client relationships.
• Eligible for CIRO-MFD licensing; in-depth knowledge of Canadian securities rules.
• Qualified for AMF licensing where applicable and CIFC/CSC education.
• Strong client-first approach and network-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a client portfolio through relationship management and tailored financial advice.
• Provide day-to-day banking support, investments, lending and estate planning guidance.
