Job summary

CIBC is hiring a Financial Advisor to build and grow a dedicated client portfolio and deliver personalized financial advice. You will act as the single point of contact for your clients, helping them plan for today and tomorrow, with on-site work at banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

You’ll engage clients, provide tailored solutions across day-to-day banking, investments, lending and estate planning, and develop strong relationships while supporting business growth and client

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience providing financial advice and establishing relationships while achieving targets.
• Certified professional CIRO-MFD with current accreditation and licensing eligibility.
• Quebec licensing with AMF and CIFC/CSC/CIFC can be asset.

Responsibilities

• Client engagement and tailored advice across financial planning, investments, lending, and estate planning.
• Develop sales plans by understanding the local market and building relationships.
• Proactively grow the client base and convert leads into new client relationships.
• Travel to multiple banking centres within a reasonable distance to support clients.
