Job summary

CIBC is hiring a Financial Advisor in Mississauga to build a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management and exceptional service. You will provide tailored advice across day-to-day banking, investments, lending, and estate planning, while developing local connections to grow the client base.

You will work in a role requiring 1–3 years of advisory experience, CIRO-MFD licensing, and AMF/CSC/CIFC qualifications.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience providing financial advice and establishing client relationships while meeting targets.
• CIRO-MFD licensing in good standing; CSC/CIFC/IFC qualifications or eligibility required.
• AMF licensing in Quebec with CIFC/CSC and RRC preferred; CSI/ICB courses are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients and deliver tailored financial advice across banking, investments, lending, and estate planning.
• Develop local market knowledge and convert leads into new clients through relationship-building and networking.
• Represent CIBC in the community, events, and outreach to grow the client base and drive referrals.
