Job summary

CIBC is seeking a Financial Services Representative to join our Personal and Business Banking team in Pointe‑aux‑Trembles, QC. You will meet with clients, understand their goals, and recommend appropriate products and solutions to help their financial success.

The role requires on-site work with flexibility for banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel to multiple centres as needed. Prior banking experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Currently holds Mutual Funds License and related regulatory accreditation.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as banking centre hours require.
• Bilingual or French proficiency considered an asset in Quebec market.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their personal and business priorities and provide tailored financial plans.
• Build relationships through outreach and collaboration to connect clients with the right solutions.
