Job summary

CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking team in La Prairie seeks a Financial Services Representative to engage clients, assess needs, and tailor banking solutions. You will build long-term relationships, support goal planning, and promote wealth protection across cash, credit and investments.

The role requires adapting to flexible hours, day-to-day client service, and travel within reasonable distance to multiple centres. Prior banking experience and licenses are asset.

Qualifications

• Certified professional with current accreditation and a Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).
• Demonstrated 1 year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Banking experience in a similar capacity is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to understand personal and business priorities and advise on solutions to help achieve financial goals.
• Build relationships through outreach and collaboration to connect clients with the right banking partners.
• Leverage technology and mobile apps to enhance the client banking experience and self-service capabilities.
