1. Under direct supervision of Branch Management, responsible for recommending Associated Bank products to existing customers and prospects.
2. Identify, expand, and deepen customer relationships through profiling and recommending appropriate deposit and lending products and services.
3. Provide exceptional customer service through efficient and accurate processing of customer transactions and fulfilling service requests.
4. Support the operational integrity of the branch.
5. Demonstrate proficiency in all customer channels including digital technology.
6. Achieve individual and branch team goals.
7. Work across multiple branch locations as needed to support flexibility and mobility.

This position requires a credit check per 12 CFR Chapter X, Part 1026, Truth in Lending, Regulation Z.

Operate in full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering and S.A.F.E. Act requirements. Maintain registration and meet registry requirements as directed by the S.A.F.E. Act.

This role will also:

• Recommend bank products to customers, following sales processes and bank procedures. Identify needs and refer customers within and across lines of business.
• Open deposit and loan accounts, verify and process account changes, answer questions, and resolve issues. Ensure proper processing and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain proficiency in Teller operations to perform transactions exceeding customer expectations.
• Assist the Bank Manager, mentor and train other Bankers, and participate in community functions to promote a positive bank image.
• Handle opening and closing of retail bank activities, including ATM balancing and servicing.

Review qualifications:

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent, or combination of education and experience. Required

Experience

• 2-4 years customer-facing sales and/or service experience. Required
• 2-5 years in a sales and goals-based environment with a strong customer service focus. Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• Banker Certification required by start date. Required
