Job summary

Randstad Canada in Mississauga seeks a Project Manager to lead a multi-year enterprise digital transformation focused on compliance, risk mitigation, and regulatory reporting. You will plan and execute cross-functional initiatives delivering secure solutions within governance frameworks.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years PM experience in financial services, hands-on Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe), and PMP or equivalent; a meticulous, proactive professional who can align stakeholders and manage risk.

Qualifications

• Completed Post-secondary Degree (University/College) or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of Project Management experience in financial services.
• Experience leading process transformations tied to regulatory mandates (OSFI, CIRO/IIROC).
• Experience in Agile delivery with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and Lean.
• PMP certification or equivalent; Agile/SAFe/Scrum Master or PMI-RMP is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cross-functional initiatives within strict regulatory timelines.
• Coordinate with business, legal, compliance and leadership for governance milestones.
• Perform day-to-day Scrum Master activities for distributed Agile teams, ensuring compliance by design.
• Identify, log and manage project and compliance risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Present risk assessments and regulatory progress to senior management and executives.
• Manage project resources, progress tracking, and reporting on financials and risk metrics.
