Job summary

PMI-SAC invites a Project Manager – Regulatory Reporting & Technology Enablement in Calgary with remote MST flexibility. Lead the second phase of the Contract Lifecycle Management Transformation and critical regulatory reporting initiatives for a leading financial institution.

You will finalize the Ivalua platform, deploy risk and sourcing modules, and automate data feeds to strengthen the accuracy of enterprise financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading complex IT projects focused on process optimization and change management.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams on large-scale initiatives.
• SDLC expertise to manage internal developers and external vendors.
• Ability to translate technical topics into clear business language for executives.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder and scope management across Technology Enablement, Business, and vendors.
• Set program standards and align activities with broader portfolio goals.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans with resources, timelines, and budget.
• Identify and address risks throughout the project lifecycle; report on achievements, risks, and financials.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors to meet milestones and maintain stakeholder trust.
• Produce and maintain project artifacts with continuity and clarity.
