Job description

Enterprise Workforce Management is a new capability being developed at Citi, providing leaders and managers with frameworks, standards, procedures, and tools to ensure Organizational Health and Resource Management across the bank.

The Workforce Management Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who follows the latest trends and applies disciplinary knowledge within their role and the business. This role supports staffing, skill adequacy, and organization design efforts at Citi. Excellent communication skills are essential for negotiation at senior levels. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are necessary to guide, influence, and persuade colleagues and external customers. The role is accountable for significant business results or providing authoritative advice on operations and involves responsibility over technical strategy. It primarily affects a sub-function and includes staff management, resource allocation, and handling ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Scope regulatory issues, including RBCM mapping, risk reduction, solution description, and control mapping to address risks and root causes.
  2. Monitor progress on regulatory issues and risk reduction to ensure corrective actions are effective and timely.
  3. Close regulatory issues, upload artifacts, obtain approvals, and coordinate validation.
  4. Provide monthly and quarterly updates to management, the Board, and Regulators.
  5. Draft RBCM closure summaries linking deliverables to regulatory issues.
  6. Represent EWM achievements and respond to QA, IA, and regulator inquiries.
  7. Understand business and HR needs to inform workforce management strategies globally.
  8. Lead projects, generate ideas, and deliver solutions with insights and recommendations.
  9. Assess risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance, ethical conduct, and transparent reporting of control issues.
  10. Analyze data to provide business insights.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. Managerial experience is a plus.
